Sometimes the most meaningful words come handwritten.

Fifteen years ago, I opened Sterling Smiles with a dream, a lot of hope, and a seven month old baby in my arms.

I didn’t know exactly what the future would hold. I only knew that if I worked hard, treated people with kindness, and never stopped learning, something meaningful could be built.

Looking back today, I’m filled with gratitude.

Building a practice while raising a young family wasn’t always easy. There were long days that turned into late nights, moments of uncertainty, sacrifices that no one saw, and many times I questioned whether I was doing enough. But every challenge became a lesson, and every obstacle made me stronger.

None of this would have been possible without my family. Thank you Siva , Jaswi and Lalit for believing in me, standing beside me, and making sacrifices so I could pursue this dream. Every milestone we celebrate today belongs to you as much as it does to me.

To my incredible team, past and present , thank you for pouring your hearts into every patient who walks through our doors. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment are the foundation of Sterling Smiles. I am so proud of what we’ve built together.

And to our patients thank you for trusting us with your smiles, your families, and some of life’s most vulnerable moments. That trust is a gift I never take for granted, and it has been the greatest privilege of my career to care for this community.

Fifteen years later, I realize the greatest rewards were never the plaques on the wall or the recognition along the way. They are the friendships we’ve made, the confidence we’ve helped restore, the children we’ve watched grow into adults, and the opportunity to make even the smallest difference in someone’s life.

If these 15 years have taught me anything, it’s this: Dreams don’t grow because life is easy. They grow because ordinary people choose not to give up, even when the path is uncertain.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next chapter and to continuing to serve this community with the same heart and purpose that started it all.
