Another year in the books! ❤️

Thank you to everyone who took the time to wish me a happy birthday, both online and in person. Every message, call, and thoughtful gesture made the day so special.

And then came a gift I will never forget. One of my patients took a picture of the Sterling Smiles logo in our lobby and created the most beautiful, meticulously hand-carved version of it, even matching the colors to our scrubs. I am sure he spent countless hours creating it, and the care, patience, and attention to detail that went into his work are truly remarkable.

After all these years of building a practice, caring for patients, and sharing so many moments with the people who have walked through our doors, this touched me in a way that is hard to put into words. There are certain moments in life that make you pause, look back, and recognize how much meaning can grow from the work you have chosen to do and the people you have been fortunate enough to serve. This was one of those moments for me. More than a beautiful gift, it felt like a reflection of the relationships, trust, and memories that make this journey so worthwhile.

My heart is full. Thank you to everyone who made this birthday so memorable. ❤️

Sometimes the most meaningful words come handwritten.

One of our wonderful patients recently gave us this note after completing her treatment, and with her permission, we wanted to share it.

**“I am healthier (& prettier 😊). I’m very grateful for a dentist who is both scientist & artist.”**

Those words mean so much to us.

At Sterling Smiles, dentistry has always been about more than treating teeth. It’s about combining science, precision, artistry, and compassionate care to help our patients feel healthier and more confident in their smiles.

Fifteen years ago, I opened Sterling Smiles with a dream, a lot of hope, and a seven month old baby in my arms.

I didn’t know exactly what the future would hold. I only knew that if I worked hard, treated people with kindness, and never stopped learning, something meaningful could be built.

Looking back today, I’m filled with gratitude.

Building a practice while raising a young family wasn’t always easy. There were long days that turned into late nights, moments of uncertainty, sacrifices that no one saw, and many times I questioned whether I was doing enough. But every challenge became a lesson, and every obstacle made me stronger.

None of this would have been possible without my family. Thank you Siva , Jaswi and Lalit for believing in me, standing beside me, and making sacrifices so I could pursue this dream. Every milestone we celebrate today belongs to you as much as it does to me.

To my incredible team, past and present , thank you for pouring your hearts into every patient who walks through our doors. Your compassion, dedication, and commitment are the foundation of Sterling Smiles. I am so proud of what we’ve built together.

And to our patients thank you for trusting us with your smiles, your families, and some of life’s most vulnerable moments. That trust is a gift I never take for granted, and it has been the greatest privilege of my career to care for this community.

Fifteen years later, I realize the greatest rewards were never the plaques on the wall or the recognition along the way. They are the friendships we’ve made, the confidence we’ve helped restore, the children we’ve watched grow into adults, and the opportunity to make even the smallest difference in someone’s life.

If these 15 years have taught me anything, it’s this: Dreams don’t grow because life is easy. They grow because ordinary people choose not to give up, even when the path is uncertain.

Thank you for being part of our story. Here’s to the next chapter and to continuing to serve this community with the same heart and purpose that started it all.
