Dear Patients and Families
Your health and the health of our team is of the highest priority. There are growing concerns associated with the Corona Virus (COVID-19). We want to reinforce that our sterilization and disinfection protocols meet all of the CDC recommendations.
With this in mind, we ask that any patient, or if anyone within the family household is not feeling well or showing flu like symptoms and has traveled to and/or been in close contact with someone who has been to a known area with a Corona Virus outbreak, please contact the office so that we can accommodate you to reschedule your appointment. This will help to ensure your well-being, as well as that of the Doctors, staff and other patients. We can use cell phone pictures and other new technologies to assess your treatment progress in the interim.
Additionally, when coming to the office, you will see additional precautions we are taking. There will be hand sanitzer throughout the office, as well as some additional protections we are implementing for our patient interactions. Our emphasis will be to provide a safe environment for care, and we need your help with your understanding during this period. At the same time, you have our assurance that we will not have any team member in the office if they or a household member shows any symptoms that may be of concern.
We will continue to follow CDC and NYS guidelines for similar healthcare providers, and update you as appropriate.
