First belt test under our belts! Orange belts achieved! 🥋🧡

Taking karate with my kids has reminded me that it is never too late to learn a new skill, challenge yourself, and grow.

The same is true in pediatric dentistry. Whether a child is learning to brush independently, feel comfortable in the dental chair, or overcome dental anxiety, progress comes one step at a time. Patience, practice, confidence, and encouragement make all the difference.

I am proud of my kids, proud of myself, and grateful that we get to learn and grow together.
