TIP TUESDAY: Are You Brushing in the Right Order?

For a cleaner, healthier smile, follow these simple steps:

1️⃣ Floss first to loosen food and plaque between your teeth.
2️⃣ Brush for two full minutes using gentle, small circles. Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle toward the gumline, and don’t forget the backs of your teeth and your tongue!
3️⃣ Spit—don’t rinse right away. This allows the fluoride in your toothpaste to keep protecting your teeth.
4️⃣ Use mouthwash at a different time, such as after lunch, so you don’t wash away the concentrated fluoride left behind after brushing.

Brush twice daily, floss once daily, and give every surface of your smile a little attention! ✨
