We’ve got some winners to celebrate at Shine! 🎉🧡
👏 Congrats to our Braces Buddies winners, Trey, Esau, and Brody! Great oral hygiene + no broken brackets paid off!
And a big shoutout to our Core Value winners, Alivia and Vanessa!✨
✨ Alivia was recognized for being someone her team can always count on. She’s willing to stay late to help with chart and bracket prep, jumps in wherever she’s needed, and takes extra care to make sure patients understand their treatment. Her teammates especially recognized the compassion she shows her patients and the way she supports the team.
✨ Vanessa was recognized for the kindness and teamwork she brings to Shine every day. Her teammates shared that she’s always checking in on others, willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, and incredibly considerate with her patients. She’s even been known to keep the team fueled with snacks!
