It's National Smile Month! Here are a few things to maintain a beautiful and healthy smile:
1. Brush and floss - twice a day for two minutes to keep the plaque away.
2. Rinse with mouthwash. Mouthwash protects your teeth and gums by killing bacteria that can lead to gum disease.
3. Limit those delicious sugary treats that can lead to cavities, or brush immediately after.
4. Visit your dentist - you knew that was on the list ;)
