Confidence doesn't have an expiration date, but somewhere along the way a lot of people decided it does.

We hear it constantly: "Maybe if I was younger, I'd fix my teeth." What people usually mean underneath that is "I've lived with this for so long, I stopped believing it could actually change."

Closed-lip smiles, avoiding photos, chewing on one side, learning the exact angle to laugh without showing your teeth. You adapt for so long that it stops feeling like a workaround and starts feeling like just… who you are.

Here's the thing though. In Naples, 60 isn't old. People here are traveling, dating, building businesses, showing up to dinners with friends and actually living. Your smile should feel good through all of it.

Wanting healthy, natural-looking teeth doesn't mean wanting a fake Hollywood smile. Most patients don't want a completely different face in the mirror. They want to look like themselves again, just without the thing they've been hiding for twenty years.
