I haven’t had the chance to post any cases in a while as I have been busy working on some tough cases that I have yet to finish to show you the results.

Meanwhile, I’v been working on this case for about 3 months now. Our Patient had some dental work previously that she wasn’t super happy about and came to our rescue. Due to financial restrictions the patient elected to remove her tooth and have a bridge placed.

A bridge serves as an excellent immediate permanent replacement option along with others such as implants, partials and flippers.

Patient left super happy and couldn’t wait to show off her teeth to her family and friends.

With age comes wisdom. Wisdom 🦷 teeth that is!

Wisdom teeth appear in our mouths between the ages 17 and 21. If wisdom teeth don’t appear then you either have them under your gums or you don’t Have them at all. If not removed at an early age, wisdom teeth can be very painful while erupting, could cause swelling and worst an infection. Be sure to have your wisdom teeth checked at an early age!

Throw back Thursday:

Its an honor to receive this award by my old time patient Yazan. My parents (Houda Shinnawi)always instilled in me the importance of giving back and what’s a better way to giving back than being able to give the gift of a smile on someone face. I’m humbled and honored to have met Yazan through my dental career and I wish him a bright future here in the US. Not to mention humanism was a great core and a foundational teaching at my school college of dental medicine

After long having a crown done and a root canal, an unfortunate event ended in a fracture and loss of my patients crown. Follow to see how we got to fix and place and implant to this patient.
