As you gather with friends and family for your magnificent feast, it’s important to remember oral health.Proper nutrition is essential to maintaining good oral health. Many times, improving your diet can help prevent tooth decay and gum disease.

You can still have a delicious Thanksgiving dinner by including different foods from these five major food groups.
