Today’s Team Building Day was extra special for us (Dr. Tigrett and Wendy?) to opened the door to what helps keep us grounded, regulated, and aligned. For us, self-care is not a luxury… it is sacred.⭐️

It is truly an honor to become part of the International Academy of Endodontics.

A global community of clinicians, educators, and researchers committed to advancing the quality of endodontic care. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with such respected colleagues in our field.

Thankful for the mentors, friendships, and shared passion that continue to move our profession forward.

There is nothing more rewarding than guiding a patient from dental trauma to regeneration — where biology is respected, structure is preserved, and the tooth is given the opportunity to heal.

Having major withdrawals from our recent conference! 💜

Three days together… and somehow we managed to fit in deep conversations, big breakthroughs, belly-laugh moments, and of course — karaoke that deserves its own highlight reel. 🎤✨

What I love most about our TDO family is this:
we learn together, we grow together, and we feel safe enough to be fully ourselves. No comparison. No competition. Just connection, humility, and heart.

It’s a full-circle moment presenting at the International Academy of Endodontics in Manchester, UK—an event I’ve attended for years, learning from some of the finest minds in our profession.

Truthfully, presenting to a room of world-class endodontists is humbling. I found myself asking: What can I offer this brilliant community?

So, I chose to share my journey—from the corporate world to becoming an associate, and now, for the past 11 years, leading a private practice in Napa Valley.
