Get to know our team!

As director of operations and marketing, Kellyn plays a key role in supporting both the patient experience and the continued growth of Flanagan Dental. She joined the practice in 2025 after more than a decade in conference and tradeshow event planning, bringing strategic insight and strong organizational leadership.

With academic training in media studies and psychology, and a master’s degree in media and film from The New School, Kellyn blends creativity with operational excellence. As Dr. Flanagan’s daughter, she has experienced firsthand the level of comfort and quality he provides, something she now sees reflected in the stories shared by patients each day.

Outside of work, Kellyn enjoys time with her two boys, traveling, basketball, and documentaries.

Meet Renee! She is a dental assistant at Flanagan Dental with over 20 years of experience. She is known for her kindness, leadership, and ability to help patients feel comfortable and at ease.

With advanced training in radiology and infection control, Renee’s attention to detail helps keep the office running smoothly every day.
