Don't forget to floss!

Brushing teeth alone cannot clean all the surfaces of your teeth! Flossing helps remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth and along the gumline areas your toothbrush is not able to reach.

Do you find traditional floss difficult to use? Try a water flosser! Water flosser's use a stream of pulsating water to help get in those hard to reach places! Ask your dental team which option may be right for you.

For a healthier smile make cleaning between your teeth part of your everyday routine!

🦷Floss daily- food and plaque between your teeth can cause odor.

💦Drink plenty of water- a dry mouth can contribute to bad breath.

🦷Chew sugar free gum- it helps stimulate saliva which is your mouths natural cleanser!

🪥Don't skip brushing at night!- bacteria build up while you sleep!

🦷Clean your removable dental appliances as directed.

🧑‍⚕️Don't mask persistent bad breath with mints- ongoing bad breath can be a sign its time to talk with you dental professional.
