Okay parents…be honest! 👀 How much toothpaste are you putting on your child’s toothbrush?

If they’re under 3, it’s just a tiny smear (like…barely there). Around age 3, you can bump it up to a pea-sized amount. It may look like too little, but it’s exactly what growing smiles need.

These small habits at home go a long way. And when you’re coming in regularly, we’re able to build on that, check in as they grow, and help you adjust things along the way so nothing gets missed.
