Tooth #8 (21) has a history of traumatic injury and presents with pulpal necrosis and asymptomatic apical periodontitis, with radiographic evidence of complete canal calcification. Endodontic treatment was performed, and the canal was successfully located by following the color differentiation pattern created by secondary and tertiary dentin deposition. Single visit treatment with conservative endodontic access opening. (Rubber dam secured with Wedjets)- Dr. Silberman
