18 year old male presents following a trip leading to hitting his mouth on the hood of a car (you can even see some red paint on the edges of his broken teeth).

#8 and #9 (the two front teeth) presented with enamel-dentin fractures and tested vital with no mobility, leading to tooth concussion diagnoses. Pulpal injury will continue to be monitored with vitality testing and radiographs.

The patient was pleased with the esthetic outcome. 🦷
