We have grown a lot the last 3 years and Mandy has been consistently pushing Dr Major and I to stretch our own goals. She pushes everyone around her to be better.

🥳🥳🥳Please help us congratulate our latest Certificate Holder in Leadership for RDHS - Amanda Warren from Murfreesboro, TN!

Her Capstone Project was implementation of monthly dental hygiene "synergy" meetings (how great is that name??) She said "By completing the capstone project, I was able to gain a real world perspective which deepened my understanding of risk management, leadership styles, and theories. I was able to bridge the gap between theory and practice by using problem solving skills. The hands on experience also helped me refine my leadership skills and give me a clearer perspective on how to use the knowledge in future projects."
