Muenster, TX is a small German community centered in northern Texas and is just a short drive north of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and west of Gainesville. Our office is located in the heart of Muenster among wine country, unique boutiques, cultural restaurants, and is an antique enthusiast’s dream. It is home to several well-known meat markets and is abundant with German hospitality and spirit. Dr. Dana Fuhrmann and Dr. Elaine Schilling of Smiles By German Design were born and raised in Muenster and have strong ties to their community. They saw a lack of dental specialists in the rural counties surrounding their community and had a vision of opening an all dental specialty practice. In doing so, they have been able to meet the needs of thousands of people who otherwise would not have access to the specialty teamwork provided by the doctors at Smiles By German Design. All the latest technology is available including 3D imaging and “same day” crowns milled by the doctors while you wait in the comfort of their practice. The doctors of Smiles By German Design support patients that require specialty care to include oral surgery, implants, removable and fixed dentures, and aesthetic smile transformations. Our team is dedicated to quality treatment planning and insurance coordination for each and every patient. Questions about your insurance? Call our Insurance Coordinator for assistance. Secure the smile you have always dreamed about today!

🦷 ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY. BETTER TREATMENT PLANNING.

We’re excited to offer Cone Beam CT (CBCT) imaging right here in our office! This technology gives us a detailed 3D view of your teeth, jawbone, nerves, and surrounding structures—something traditional 2D X-rays simply can’t provide.

CBCT helps us:

✨ Plan dental implants with greater precision
✨ Evaluate bone and anatomy
✨ Diagnose complex dental conditions
✨ Plan oral surgery and full-mouth rehabilitation
✨ Provide safer, more predictable treatment

Having this technology in our office means more information, better planning, and a more personalized experience for our patients. 💙

DID YOU KNOW A PROSTHODONTIST SPECIALIZES IN MORE THAN REPLACING MISSING TEETH?🦷

Prosthodontists also specialize in aesthetic and bite rehabilitation, including complex cases involving severely worn, damaged, or shortened teeth and changes in the bite over time.

Through crowns and other restorative treatments, Smiles By German Design can help restore the function, comfort, appearance, and balance of your smile.

These treatments require careful planning and an understanding of how the teeth, jaw joints, muscles, and bite all work together.

Specialized prosthodontic rehabilitation and comprehensive crown treatment are available right here at Smiles By German Design, so patients can receive advanced care close to home.

If you’ve noticed significant tooth wear, changes in your bite, broken teeth, or you’re no longer confident in your smile, a prosthodontic evaluation may be a great place to start.

It’s not just about making teeth look better—it’s about rebuilding the way everything works together.
