Dr. Louie was born and raised in San Francisco where she attended George Washington High School. She attended UCLA for her undergraduate degree in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics. Dr. Louie received her dental degree from UCSF and her Periodontal Certificate from Oregon Health and Science University in Portland.

Dr. Louie’s an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Periodontology, and Western Society of Periodontists. Outside of the office, Dr. Louie enjoys spending time backpacking outdoors, cooking, and traveling.
