Hi, my name is Rayah Turnbough. I work as a Hygiene Assistant. I am a full-time student at ASUMH pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene. I have a passion for working with children, and they always give me something to look forward to each day at work. I have four nieces and nephews whom I adore. After graduation, I plan to continue working in pediatric dentistry. In my free time, I enjoy working out, doing Bible studies, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Meet our Hygiene Assistant, Abigail 🦷✨

Hi, I’m Abigail! I’m currently a full-time student working toward my goal of becoming a dental hygienist. I’ve always had a passion for working with kids, especially since I have three younger siblings who mean the world to me. These kids truly make my day brighter, and they’re a big reason why I look forward to coming to work every day. Outside of the office, I enjoy going floating on the river, and hanging out on the lake with family and friends. I also have an Australian Shepard named blu who loves to tag along!

Outside of work, I love rock crawling in my side-by-side and spending quality time with my husband, relaxing around the campfire, and hanging out with friends.

I’ve been a dental assistant for nearly two years and truly love working with children and helping them feel comfortable and confident in the dental chair. When I’m not at the office, you can usually find me spending time with my significant other Jake and our two dogs, hiking new trails, or relaxing at the lake. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences, whether that’s in my career or in everyday life with the people I love!

Meet our favorite pediatric dentist!! 💜 Dr. Kayla is proud to serve families in Mountain Home and believes every child deserves access to quality dental care. She’s dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming space where kids feel comfortable and can develop lifelong healthy habits, and where parents feel confident and supported every step of the way.
Outside the office, Dr. Kayla loves spending time with her family—including her golden retrievers! She enjoys playing and watching sports, being outdoors, and nothing beats a good lake or river day.
