Clenching and grinding are way more common than people realize, and a lot of patients don’t connect it to things like morning headaches, jaw tension, worn teeth, or sensitivity until we point it out.

After years of dealing with crooked teeth, significant wear, and the effects of grinding, he was ready for a healthier, more confident smile.
