These Italian skewers are delicious, and easy for little hands to assemble. We started with popsicle sticks and added mini meatballs (we found them in the frozen section), string cheese, tortellini, and tomatoes. Buon Appetito.

These ice cream sandwiches have ZERO added sugar, and are made with four simple ingredients.

Combine:

-1 cup plain yogurt
-1 TB almond butter
-1/2 fresh cut strawberries.

Freeze the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to spread onto the graham crackers.

Place four half graham crackers on a freezer friendly plate. Spread the mixture on and top with the other square of the graham cracker.

Freeze for two hours or until solid.

We diced raspberries, mango, kiwi, and blackberries and put them in popsicle molds. We then covered some with sparkling water, and some with unsweetened almond milk for a no sugar added frozen treat.
