HAPPY NATIONAL CHEWING GUM DAY! 🦷🫧
Did you know that chewing sugar-free gum can actually be good for your smile?
When you chew sugar-free gum, it helps:
🦷 Increase saliva flow, which helps wash away food and neutralize acids
🦷 Protect against cavities by helping your mouth clear harmful acids
🦷 Freshen your breath between brushings
⭐ OUR BIG TIP: Look for gum sweetened with xylitol or other non-cavity-causing sweeteners instead of added sugar.
🚨 But remember: Gum is not a replacement for brushing twice a day and flossing every day!😁🫧
