Our friends and neighbors at Heck Family Dentistry recently shared with us the tremendous health battle one of their employees, Missy Blythe, is currently facing. When we heard Missy’s story, we knew we wanted to do something to help. 💜

🗓️This SATURDAY, AUGUST 22ND, from 12–9 PM, Hometown Swirls will be donating 10% OF ALL SALES directly toward supporting Missy during this difficult time.

We encourage our community to come out, enjoy a meal or sweet treat, and help us raise as much as we can for Missy as she continues her fight. Every purchase adds up, and every bit of support matters! 🙏🏼

Dr. Heck and his staff are very nice and professional. I had an issue with a partial irritation. They went out of their way to make sure it was fitting properly. I appreciate their dedication to help patients. I recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a gum issue and the girls at the scheduling desk got me in to see the dentist within a few days. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted with a smile and a Hello using my first name. Great Customer Service! When seeing Dr. Jerry, he assessed the issue and came up with a follow-up plan. Heck Family Dentistry gives 100% the best Dental Care for their patience.

I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 10 years because I was nervous about going back, but Heck Family Dentistry completely changed that. Everyone is kind, welcoming, professional, and they genuinely care about their patients. I’ve had fillings, crowns, and routine cleanings here, and they’ve always taken the time to explain everything, answer my questions, and point out what I was doing well along with what I could improve. The office is clean, organized, runs on time, and they’re always upfront about treatment options and costs. I also appreciate that they include their faith in the practice. It’s great to see and adds to the welcoming environment. They’ve taken something I used to avoid and made it an experience I feel comfortable coming back to. I highly recommend them.

This August, our team will proudly be attending Missy's benefit to support someone who has been such an important part of our office family for nearly 20 years.

Missy is truly one of a kind. She has been a constant source of strength, kindness, and encouragement not only for our team but for the countless patients she has cared for throughout the years. She is the rock of our office—someone our patients trust, our staff depends on, and our community loves.

Throughout her journey, Missy's unwavering faith and positive spirit have been nothing short of inspiring. Even in the face of challenges, she continues to demonstrate incredible courage, grace, and strength. Her outlook and perseverance have touched all of us in ways that are difficult to put into words.

Anyone who knows Missy knows that her laugh is contagious, her personality is unforgettable, and her heart is absolutely genuine. She has a unique way of making everyone feel welcome, valued, and cared for. Her presence brings joy to our office every day.

This position includes a mix of chairside assisting and front desk responsibilities, so we're looking for someone who enjoys working with patients and supporting a team. Current, active radiographer license is required. 1+ year of dental experience is preferred.
