Prior Root Canals & Apicoectomy on teeth #3 & 4 at buccal roots only; separated file in the palatal canal of tooth #4 ...

Prior Root Canals & Apicoectomy on teeth #3 & 4 at buccal roots only; separated file in the palatal canal of tooth #4 - Done at another office.

Retreatments completed with Bioceramic Putty Plug placed.
Efforts to remove separated file were aborted due to anesthesia wearing off and discomfort setting in.
Case was completed without a second effort made to remove the file fragment due to the patient moving out of state.
Palatal canal, however, appears to be without pathology (CBCT) hopefully she will be fine and heal favorably.
