Endodontists are dentists who specialize in maintaining teeth through endodontic therapy procedures, involving the soft inner tissue of the teeth, called the pulp. All dentists are trained in diagnosis and endodontic therapy, however, some teeth can be especially difficult to diagnose and treat. That’s why you may have been referred to an endodontic specialist. The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the extent of treatment. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Endodontic fees usually range from $900 to $1,500 and it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. Our office is a preferred provider for Delta, BCBS of TN, Humana/ Comp Benefits, Cigna, Assurant(State of TN) MetLife and Guardian. We will work with you to help you understand your benefits and file your insurance. We are pleased to offer Care Credit no interest options to our patients. Care Credit is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments. Offering Care Credit allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.

We’re excited to welcome Dr. Daniel Tran to the Cumberland Endodontics team!

Dr. Tran earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California and spent five years practicing general dentistry in Southern California before pursuing specialty training in endodontics.

Dr. Tran completed his endodontic residency training alongside Dr. Stephen Dapoz at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis. We’re excited to bring these former residency classmates back together here at Cumberland Endodontics.

Outside the office, Dr. Tran enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and discovering new places to eat around Nashville.

We look forward to introducing him to our patients and referring dental teams as we continue caring for our Middle Tennessee community.

Please join us in giving Dr. Tran a warm welcome!
