We’re searching for someone who is organized, friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities include:
• Scheduling patients & answering phones
• Verifying and entering dental insurance information
• Presenting treatment plans and discussing costs
• Coordinating financial arrangements
• Following up on pending treatment
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Assisting with front office administrative duties
