Every single day we revel in gratitude for the team of incredibly bright, compassionate, kind, empathetic, trustworthy, clinically gifted, love filled humans that take such incredible care of our dear patients!!! And annually it’s such a treat to take a full day away from the House of Floss for some concentrated appreciation AND celebration of our wonderfilled Dream Team!!!! Our presenter this year was Todd Williams, who has more than three decades of culture development expertise spanning healthcare, hospitality, and other customer-facing industries… and can we just say, Todd is our new favorite speaker!!!!

It was a bittersweet day saying goodbye to our amazing and sweet dental assistant, Nicole. We wish her and her adorable family all the best as they move up north so her husband can start his clinical work. We are all crossing our fingers that they are able to move back in a few years when he does his residency and Nicole can return to the House of Floss! We miss her already! 💙

This week was bittersweet as we celebrated our dear Diane’s retirement from the House of Floss. Diane is an integral member of our team and beloved by everyone. We can’t thank her enough for all of her hard work, attention to detail, and dedication to us and our patients. We will miss working with this beautiful, selfless, kind soul every day, and wish her the most wonderful, healthful, joyful retirement she deserves! 🩷
