Gotta brag on my incredible, caring team today... an elderly patient of ours that never misses an appointment did this morning. My team reached out to reschedule her and she didn't answer her phone. They tried several times over a few hours, and became more and more concerned. They decided to call her emergency contact number to see if they knew anything. That person called a neighbor who went to her home and found she was in a medical emergency and need to be taken to the hospital. I believe if it hadn't been for the caring nature of my team we would have lost the life of a wonderful person today.
