✅ This patient came in saying she has a swelling and no pain! Just wanted to get it checked!
During an exam, we found an abscess the root canaled tooth that had extended to the back tooth and front tooth!
3D imaging was taken the same day! Patient was planned for immediate extraction, bonegraft and membrane.
Due to the large infection, implant placement was delayed!
We removed the tooth, removed granulation (infected) tissue, placed and bonegraft was placed where the tooth was.
Patient was happy we saw her immediately and removed her infection the same day!

✅ Routine check ups and cleanings are essential!
During a routine exam, we found an abscess in the distal root (back root) of tooth #31!
3D imaging was taken the same day! Patient was planned for immediate extraction, implant placement and bonegraft and membrane.
We removed the tooth, removed granulation (infected) tissue, placed and implant, bonegraft where the tooth was.
Few months later (this depends on patient’s overall health and implant stability patient) patient got his implant crown and is very happy.

✅ Using 3D imaging, we saw a huge infection in the last upper left tooth which is holding a bridge! Patient had no pain because the tooth is root canaled!
Also the front tooth holding the bridge had moderate bone loss and was loose!
Bridge was removed, teeth were extracted, cyst (infection) was completely removed from the last tooth and bone graft was placed.
An implant was placed where the front tooth was removed!
We will update you with patient’s progress and new teeth soon!
