Seeing my patients smile confidently again is the most rewarding part of my job. ❤️ Every smile restored is a reminder of why I love what I do!

A patient presented with decay around an existing crown, and the tooth was determined to be non-restorable.
A pre-operative CBCT was taken along with an iTero scan to digitally plan the case and fabricate a surgical guide. The tooth was carefully removed atraumatically, followed by immediate implant placement using the surgical guide for precise positioning.

After four months of healing, excellent bone and soft-tissue healing were observed. The patient was then digitally scanned for a custom abutment and final crown.

A comprehensive, digitally planned approach helped achieve a predictable functional and esthetic result.

Have you ever wondered how a dental implant is done at Optimum Dental? 🦷✨

Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at the process:

✅ Step 1: We start with a 3D CBCT scan and detailed digital planning. Using this information, we create a custom surgical guide with our 3D printer to ensure the implant is placed in the perfect position for your future smile.

✅ Step 2: During the procedure, the custom guide helps us place the implant accurately and comfortably.

✅ Step 3: Once the implant has healed, we take a digital scan of your gums and implant to design a custom abutment and crown that blends naturally with your smile.

From start to finish, every step is carefully planned to provide a beautiful, functional, and long-lasting result.

A smile designed to last. ✨

This stunning smile makeover features 10 custom upper porcelain veneers, replacing old, chipped, and worn bonding that required frequent repairs every few years.

While composite bonding can be an excellent conservative option, it is more prone to staining and wear over time. Porcelain veneers offer exceptional strength, durability, and long-lasting beauty.

Every veneer was meticulously crafted to enhance the patient’s natural features, creating a smile with ideal brightness, balance, and harmony—without looking overdone.

Precision. Artistry. Confidence.

He stopped showing his smile… until now. 😁

This patient came to us unhappy with crowns done elsewhere because they looked bulky and disproportionate. With minor gum lifting and redesigned custom crowns, we helped transform his smile into one he loves showing off again.

Sometimes the smallest changes create the biggest transformations.

This patient came to Optimum Dental in Morrisville concerned about her old front crown and persistent gum inflammation and pain. The crown had violated the biologic width, which led to significant irritation and unhealthy gum tissue.

Dr. Bao Hoang, DMD carefully removed the old crown, treated the inflamed area, and restored the tooth with a new, properly designed crown that respects the natural gum architecture.

The result?
Healthier gums, improved comfort, and a confident new smile. The patient couldn’t be happier with the transformation.

At Optimum Dental, we focus not only on beautiful results but also on long-term gum and tooth health.
