This patient came to Optimum Dental in Morrisville concerned about her old front crown and persistent gum inflammation and pain. The crown had violated the biologic width, which led to significant irritation and unhealthy gum tissue.

This patient lost her upper front tooth in an accident — something that can deeply affect not just your smile, but your confidence. While dental implants are often a wonderful solution, her medical history meant that implants were not the best option for her.

At Optimum Dental, we believe there is always a solution tailored to each individual. A custom dental bridge allowed us to restore both her function and her natural appearance. We carefully shaped and prepared the pontic site to create beautiful, lifelike gum contours so her new smile would look seamless and feel comfortable.
