Nicole Tennant is closing in on five years as a registered dental hygienist at MCHD Dentistry. Her National Dental Hygiene Month tooth tip? “I would like to remind patients that your oral health and proper home care has an effect on the rest of your body.”

Whitney Holmes, who has been a registered dental hygienist at MCHD Dentistry for nearly 12 years, likes to tell her patients not to rinse their mouths out after brushing. This gets rid of the protection that fluoride provides your teeth. Happy National Dental Hygiene Month!
