This Small & Piers t-shirt—and the awesome student wearing it, Sam—traveled more than 100 miles down the Wateree River in South Carolina during a six-day canoe expedition with Carolina Outdoor Recreation & Education (CORE)!

We loved seeing this fun connection and are so grateful to support organizations like CORE that help young people build confidence, explore the outdoors, and create lifelong memories.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends every child have their first orthodontic evaluation by age 7.

At this age, we can identify potential concerns with jaw growth, bite development, and incoming permanent teeth—often before they become bigger problems. Early evaluation can help ensure the right treatment happens at the right time.

And don't worry—an orthodontic checkup at age 7 doesn't mean braces are needed right away! Many children simply need monitoring as they grow.

What a fun night cheering on the Hickory Crawdads with our Small & Piers families! Seeing our kids laughing, playing together, and getting to run the bases after the game was such a fun reminder that these little moments are the ones they'll remember. And we couldn't have been more excited to cheer on our very own Millie as she threw out the ceremonial first pitch—what a special moment! 💙⚾

Our team is more than coworkers—we're a family. And getting to include our spouses, kids, and loved ones makes these moments even more special.
