Are you an organized, friendly, and experienced front desk professional with a background in dental insurance? We’d love to meet you!

Our busy and welcoming dental office is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous front desk experience in a dental or medical setting and be well-versed in insurance verification and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with a warm and professional demeanor
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient communications
• Verify insurance benefits and handle claims submissions/follow-ups
• Collect payments and manage patient accounts
• Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of front desk experience (dental or medical preferred)
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and billing procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in dental software

🌟 Shoutout to Our Amazing Dental Hygienist, Lisa! 🌟

One of my biggest dreams as a dentist was to own my practice. Lisa has been with me since the beginning and I am so blessed to have her by my side. The last two years have been a roller coaster as a business owner. Lisa has been my rock through it all. I don’t know what I would have done without her.
