Is your mouthguard keeping your smile safe, or is it secretly harboring bacteria? 😬

Whether it’s for sports or night grinding, a custom guard only works if you take care of it! Keep these simple Do’s and Don’ts in mind to keep yours fresh, clean, and long-lasting:

The DO’s:
✅ Rinse immediately: Clean with cool water and mild soap right after taking it out.
✅ Use a vented case: Proper airflow stops mold and bacteria in their tracks!
✅ Bring it to checkups: Let us inspect it for wear, tear, and proper fit.

The DON’Ts:
🚫 NO hot water: Heat deforms the plastic and ruins your custom fit.
🚫 NO hot cars: Leaving it in the sun will warp or melt it in no time.
🚫 NO pet access: Dogs think mouthguards are the ultimate chew toy, keep it out of reach!
