Due to the amount of snow we have had over the weekend our office will be closed, tomorrow, February 2nd. We will resume normal business hours once we feel it is safe for our employees and patients. We will reschedule all appointments once we return to the office. Thank you for your patience.

We had a great time celebrating Christmas with the staff a week ago. Good food, Good laughs, and an incredible night. We truly enjoy spending time together at work and especially outside of the office. We wish you all a wonderful Holiday Season!

Our office will be CLOSED December 22nd-26th. We will also be closed December 31st and January 1st to be with Family and Friends for the New Year!

We have been back in the office for a week, and it was not easy after such a wonderful vacation, but we were excited to share our trip with the patients we had this past week! We wanted to share a few of our pictures with the rest of you. We also wanted to give a huge thanks to Dr. Westbrook for taking us on this amazing vacation! He is such an incredible boss who truly shows his appreciation for us in the way he treats us! We couldn’t have asked for a better way to show his appreciation than giving us what we needed the most: a perfect vacation and bonding experience outside of the office for us all! Thank you so much, Dr. Westbrook; we feel refreshed and grateful for all you do.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients with professionalism and a positive attitude

Schedule appointments and manage the practice calendar

Verify insurance information and process claims

Handle patient inquiries, phone calls, and correspondence

Collect payments and maintain accurate billing records

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations

We would prefer someone who has experience in the dental field but can train the right person.
