Me: Cries in the car from relief since as a baker, you see EVERY. SINGLE. FLAW!

This was a bit stressful, to say the least, but it got done. I learned something new, and I discovered a magnificent woman in my community. Yes, this cake was for her husband.. a 2 time Nascar champion. However, she herself is a champion. 🏆

I have been AWFUL at posting my work since last year. Since starting my 2nd business, things have been more hectic than ever before. I slept more when I had a newborn in the house.

This order was not only in celebration of a fabulous human being, it also came as a much needed distraction following our devastating loss of Gemma.The bright colors and summer vibes were very uplifting in late October. Definitely looking forward to getting back out on the boat and having some fun in the 🌞.

Welcome 2024 and Happy New Year!
As we roll into our 7th year in business, we want to thank you for your continued support. Starting in upstate NY in 2018 and transitioning into our NC life mid 2021, I wasn't sure what to expect. We are so proud to have adapted, grown and stated afloat through many major changes, challenges and varying demands for desserts.
2024 is the year we open a brick and mortar. We will not be a bakery by definition, but we will be selling our baked goods at The Roaring Social LLC dry bar (also owned by Casey). Goodies will be available to enjoy in house and to take home. I am so excited for this new chapter and I am thankful to have you come along on this journey with me.
