We’re hiring!🦷🪥
Redmond Dental is currently looking to hire a full time office manager! We offer competitive pay, PTO, 401(k) and other benefits! Our office hours are M-TH 8am-5pm, F 7am-12pm.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and oversee daily office operations
* Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
* Maintain office supplies and inventory
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
* Organize and maintain digital files
* Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
* Assist with budgeting and financial management tasks
* Manage office communications systems including phone systems and email accounts
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedure skills
* Strong organizational time and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in office management software
* Attention to detail and accuracy in work
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills. Experience in dental office or dental office management is preferred but not required! 🦷✨
