DECEMBER 2025 Dental Update.: Well,they’re already predicting the first snowstorm of December🙄😖.The basics: 201 Ward Street ( next to Wallkill Valley Savings and Loan). 845-7697420. The only location, the only phone number. I’m an INDEPENDENT, solo general practice dentist with over 30 years total experience. The office is open Monday through Friday by appointment only. Walk-ins are difficult to see because I am a single, solo practitioner. I do most procedures in office. The procedures I don’t do, I will get you to one of my local trusted specialists. AUGUST 2025 DENTAL UPDATE: We have entered the dog days of summer🤷🏻‍♂️. The basics: 201 Ward Street Suite H ( next to Wallkill Valley Savings). Phone: 845-769-7420. The only location. The only phone number. The answering machine is ALWAYS ON whether I’m working with a patient or you’ve called after hours. Please speak SLOWLY AND CLEARLY when leaving a message (I’ve had a number of messages that I could not understand the phone number at all). Patients are seen M-F by appointment only. As a solo practitioner, I usually cannot accommodate walk-ins. 30+ years of experience, 20+ years general dentist, owning my own practice. I do most procedures in office. If it’s something I cannot do, or don’t do, I will get you to one of my trusted local specialists. I only use local laboratories for dental work. Their fees and time returns dictate mine. I am an INDEPENDENT solo general practitioner.I I am currently working with a number of insurance companies. But to be honest, due to the lack of work ethic and incompetence at a lot of these companies and the total inconsistency in the US Postal Service my financial/insurance policies may change in the very near future. I personally check all insurance policies prior to making any appointments so there is no mistakes or surprises. Two companies the office DOES NOT work with are CIGNA Dental and United Healthcare Dental . If you have one these two insurances, you’re welcome to come to the office but full payment is due at every visit. You’ll have the option of taking the claim with you and submitting it yourself or I can submit it for you the same day of service. I hope I don’t have to go to this policy for all insurances, but it seems to be heading in that direction. Also, if your plan is one in which they only send the payment to the policyholder, full payment is also due at every visit. July 2025 UPDATE: Well , half of 2025 is gone… That went fast! 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️. The basics: I’m an independent, general practice, dentist, with over 30 years experience… 20+ years experience of my own solo practice. . I do most procedures in office, the ones I don’t do, I will get you to one of my trusted local specialists. I am currently using all excellent, local laboratories for dental work. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday by appointment only. No walk-ins. I am trying to continue with my financial practices of working with most insurances, however, it is getting difficult. As my accountant so eloquently put it,” you’re a dentist, not a lending institution”. Currently, there are two insurance companies I do not work with: United Healthcare dental and Cigna dental. If you have one of these two insurances, full payment is due at every visit. You will have the option of me submitting the dental claim, same day or taking the claim and submitting it yourself. Unfortunately, I may be forced to do this with all insurance companies . I hope not. April 2025 DENTAL UPDATE: MONTGOMERY DENTISTRY PLLC: Basics. 201 Ward St., Suite H, Montgomery, New York. Phone: 845-769-7420. With the first quarter of 2025 finished, I’ve received a lot of questions about dental insurance. A lot of my patients insurance plans changed with the new year, and they weren’t informed by their employer. Which is mandatory by law. Unfortunately, a lot of you out there are not getting what you’re paying for. A lot of the plans your employers are picking are cost cutting measures for themselves and the insurance companies. If you have any say in the matter, pick an “open” dental plan where you are allowed to go to any office, see any dentist and payment will be sent to the office directly. Any plan that restricts you to seeing only their dentist in network or if they let you go out of network, but only send you, the policyholder, the payment… Avoid at all costs. No office is going to wait for you to receive the payment and then bring it in to the office. This means you will have to pay upfront at the office EVER TIME. ( my office policy also). Employers and insurance companies set up these types of policies for their benefit.. Not yours. ***If you have Cigna Dental or United Healthcare Dental*** full payment is required at my office at every visit. I will only submit the forms for you for these two companies. My office hours of operation are Monday through Friday by appointment only. No walk-ins. I am a solo practitioner and it is very difficult to accept walk-ins. I have over 25 years experience as a solo private practice. Over 35 in total. I work with excellent specialists and excellent labs in the area. Implant, a post made of titanium, a metal that is compatible with the human body.
Abutment, which fits on top of the post.
Crown, usually made of porcelain.
Number one is what the oral surgeon or periodontist places. Parts two and three are placed by the general dentist.

I am an INDEPENDENT , fee for service, solo general dentist with over 30 years experience. (20+ years in my own practice). I do most procedures here in my office. Anything I don’t do I will refer you to one of my trusted specialists in the area. I am looking into adding new specialists to work with me, and new local laboratories to make some of my dental appliances. The office page has been completed( Montgomery Dentistry PLLC/Dr Kevin J Bryson) and I’m in the process of completing my office website. Renovations are almost complete. Aiming for an open house grand reopening in the spring. Office hours are by appointment only. Sorry, no walk-ins. As a solo practitioner, it is tough to accept walk-ins. The schedule is usually full. The answering machine is ALWAYS on whether I’m working with a patient or out of the office. Please leave a message and speak slowly and clearly when you do so(recently there were numerous messages that were garbled or couldn’t understand what was said because of speaking so fast). If you have dental insurance, I will personally check on how your plan works so there is no mistakes or surprises. Please have the policy holders name and date of birth ,SS # or insurance ID number handy when I call you back. !! IMPORTANT!! The office will no longer be working with Cigna Dental, United Healthcare Dental or United Concordia Dental( possible more to be add) If you have any of these insurance companies, you’ll be required to pay in full at every visit. The office will submit the claim THAT DAY and the insurance company will then send you the reimbursement check. Also, if your plan, only send checks to you, the policyholder, full payment is due at every visit. No exceptions. I also have an in office discount dental plan for those who have no insurance and may need substantial work.
