05/12/2020
To our valued patients,
We hope this message finds you well. We wanted to update you that our practice will officially be re-opening for all services today, Tuesday, May 12th. Thank you to all of you who have been patient during this time or have expressed concern on our behalf. We are grateful to be able to re-open and to have the proper infection control measures in place in our continued commitment to your safety.
Infection control has always been a high priority for our practice and will certainly continue to be during this time. Our office follows the infection control recommendations by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We regularly follow the activities of these agencies in order to stay up-to-date with the latest guidelines and recommendations. We wanted to give you a heads up on a few changes you will notice for your next appointment:
Our office will communicate with you prior to your next appointment in order to ask some screening questions. You will be asked these same questions again when you are in the office for your appointment.
If you have an upcoming appointment, please make sure you have spoken with one of our staff prior to showing up for you visit.
We are limiting patient contact in our waiting room by spacing out appointment times and by asking all patients to call our office once they arrive prior to entering the building in order to verify their treatment room is ready.
You may see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines, children’s toys, coffee or bottled water since these items are more difficult to clean and disinfect.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and every patient, safe in our practice. We do have upcoming appointment times available so if you would like to make an appointment, please give us a call.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and can’t wait to welcome you back!
Sincerely,
Dr. Hull and Staff
