Not every wisdom tooth needs to come out — but some do. Signs it might be worth a consult: pain in the back of your mouth, swelling, crowding, or teeth coming in at an angle.

Most people find out where they stand between ages 17–25, but it's never too late to check.

Curious about yours? Let's take a look. 😊

Dentists recommend replacing your toothbrush (or brush head) every 3 months — sooner if the bristles start to fray. A worn-out toothbrush doesn't clean as well, even if you can't tell just by looking at it.

Pro tip: set a reminder on your phone, or swap it out every time the season changes. Your smile will thank you. 😊

Myth: Flossing right before your cleaning cancels out months of skipping it. Fact: Flossing clears plaque from between teeth your toothbrush can't reach — and it only works as a daily habit, not an occasional scramble.

Good news: it takes less than two minutes a day. Your gums will notice the difference. 💚
