First off..I'm a person who hates the dentist because of a horrible experience at western dental. As soon as I did some looking around and researching dental care in my area I found Pearl Dentistry in Salinas, started my journey there. The staff and doctors were amazing, friendly, welcoming..the dentist I saw there laid out all the options on how to move forward....everything I saw and experienced made me feel comfortable for the first time in 16 years after my western dental experience. After the consultation with Pearl, I was referred to Center Coast Dental in Monterey where they can administer sedation during the session (personal must for me to be sedated...period) I met with the staff in the lobby and was taken into care by Maria (Certified Dental Assistant). Maria made me feel more comfortable than I ever felt in the dentist environment, simple conversations, her demeanor, her voice..all very comforting. But all while she checked me in and calmed me down, she was focused on getting what she needed for Dr Singh as soon as he walked in. She is very professional. Dr Singh is the real deal. I loved how he come in and introduced himself and got into operation options and what's best for my personal situation. after that they got right into it and removed some teeth and infections I had. They were so effective I had to ask "is that it?" . I never once got the feeling that this I just a job for them. I think they are professionals and very passionate about their work. At this point, I won't be going anywhere else. The experience is top tier, plain and simple. These ppl are helping me get rid of the worst pain I've dealt with in 35 years. Can't wait to get my implants from Dr Singh..
