Sometimes getting comfortable at the dentist starts before they even reach the chair. 🦷☺️

Have them drink water after snacks and meals! 💧
It’s a tiny habit that can help rinse away leftover food and sugars - especially when brushing isn’t happening anytime soon.

The best toothbrush is the one your child will actually use well!

Good brushing comes down to reaching every surface, using proper technique, and brushing long enough to really get the job done.

So if your little one loves the buzz of an electric brush, great. If they do better with a manual brush, that works too. 🦷✨

The real winner is the toothbrush that helps them build a healthy brushing routine. 🩵

No drill? Yep, you heard that right! 🦷✨

For certain cavities, we can use Papacarie Duo to gently help remove the decay without reaching for the traditional drill.

One of the coolest parts? It contains papain, an enzyme that comes from papaya! 🍈

Hot take from a pediatric dentist: I don’t want to do your child’s filling. 👀🦷

I’d much rather help prevent them from needing one in the first place.

That means focusing on prevention, building healthy habits early, identifying individual cavity risk factors, and catching small concerns before they become bigger ones. Healthy smiles are always the goal! 🙌💚
