"When it comes to going to the dentist, I am usually very nervous. However, Dr. Rotunda really knows how to make a person feel comfortable and very relaxed. He's taken the time to first listen to all of my concerns and fears, and then has always given me a list of options when it comes to my dental treatment. I like that I can decide on what I feel is right for me, instead of doing something that I do not completely agree with. How can I take care of my teeth between dental checkups? We have an answer!

“Always remember to brush your teeth at least two times a day, and floss at least once! Make sure to use toothpaste that contains fluoride, and ask your dentist if you need a fluoride rinse. This will help prevent cavities. Avoid foods with a lot of sugar (sugar increases the number of bacteria that grow in your mouth causing more plaque and possibly cavities) and avoid to***co (this can stain your teeth, cause gum disease, and eventually lead to oral cancer).”
