Happy National Administrative Professionals day to our front desk girlies 🤍

These girls hold such an important roll at our office. They’re the first smile our patients see when they walk in the front doors. Each of them play a part in keeping the office running smooth behind the scenes while simultaneously answering calls, looking up insurance, and juggling our schedules.

They are the heart of our office and go above and beyond to make each patient feel heard and cared for. We are so lucky to have each of you!

To end National Dental Hygiene week on a good note, you guys get to meet Katie! Although Katie is our newest hygienist, she has been with us for years starting out as our sterilization assistant. Katie graduated from Ivy Tech and has been providing phenomenal care since then. Katie enjoys a fun trip to the beach and spending time with loved ones, crafting, and reading. Meet Audrey! Audrey graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2023 with her bachelors of science in dental hygiene. We have been lucky to have Audrey at our office since she graduated! 💗 In her free time Audrey can be found working on house projects with her boyfriend, Michael or playing with her dog, Boss.. Introducing Molly! Molly graduated from the University of Southern Indiana in 2018 with her bachelors of science in dental hygiene. She came to Monrovia Family Dentistry in 2020 and has been stuck with us since 😉. Molly enjoys spending time outside and working on projects in her new house with her husband. On the weekends you may catch her supporting her nieces and nephews at their sporting events, her favorites being at the ball diamond. Lauren is a softball coach, wife, and a mom to two beautiful kids that keep her busy with sports. She enjoys spending time with her two boys, Kaeden and Noah, as well as with family and friends. In her free time, she loves caring for her pets, taking photos, baking, crocheting, and listening to music. Natalie is highly dedicated and truly cares about her patients. Happy National Dental Hygiene week to our hygiene girls!
Hygienist do more than just clean teeth. They are the first line of defense against many serious health problems. Your health starts in your mouth! Hygienist go through a grueling 2+ years program learning all of the ins and outs of how to assess gum disease, screen for oral cancers, manage inflammation, and how to educate patients on oral hygiene.

Happy National Dentist to the one who grew Monrovia Family Dentistry to what it is today!
Dr. Sanford has been practicing dentistry for 17 years and nearly 15 of them have been here in Monrovia.
Outside the office, life is busy and full with his four kids ages 13, 10, 8, and their newest addition who is just 5 weeks old. Many of his weekends are spent cheering them on at their many sporting events and activities. When he gets the chance, he also enjoys working out, playing golf, and watching college and professional sports.
