Lead aprons aren’t disappearing because safety matters less-they’re disappearing because dental x-rays have become much safer. Today’s technology uses very low radiation doses, making routine lead aprons unnecessary.

🦷Meet our Dental Hygienist🦷

What began as a childhood fear of the dentist eventually grew into a lifelong passion for April. She truly loves connecting with people and treasures the relationships she has built throughout her career. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a dental hygienist for April has been caring for multiple generations of families—watching children she once treated grow up and now bring in families of their own.
April believes that overall health begins with oral health and feels honored to meet each patient where they are in their health journey. She is passionate about providing compassionate, personalized care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Since joining the practice in March 2006, April has remained dedicated to serving her community and helping patients achieve healthier smiles for years to come.
Outside the office, April enjoys interior decorating, scrapbooking, gardening, cooking, traveling, and participating in church and Bible study. These creative and meaningful hobbies reflect her love for faith, family, connection, and creating warm, welcoming spaces for others.
