This week we’re celebrating a pretty special milestone at Monroe Smiles — Ashley’s 11-year work anniversary! 🎉❤️

For 11 years, Ashley has been such an important part of Monroe Smiles. As our COO, she has grown right alongside our practice, helped us through countless changes, kept us laughing, and played a huge role in making our office what it is today.

We’re incredibly grateful for her leadership, loyalty, hard work, and everything she does for our team and our patients.

Happy 11 years, Ashley! We truly can’t imagine Monroe Smiles without you. ❤️🦷

🦷✨ Spotlight Wednesday: Meet Nathalia!

Nathalia joined the Monroe Smiles team this year as one of our Patient Care Coordinators! She loves being part of our positive, supportive team, getting to know our patients, and learning something new every day.

Outside the office, Nathalia enjoys trying new foods, working out, discovering new shows, and spending time with her boyfriend.

🌟 Fun facts: Nathalia is a licensed cosmetologist and is bilingual!

Meet Molly! 🦷💛

Molly has been part of the Monroe Smiles team since 2021 and loves being chairside, helping our patients feel comfortable, confident, and good about their smiles.

When she’s not at the office, you’ll probably find her hunting, camping, or fully embracing her race mom era 🏁. And if there’s good food involved? Even better — food is definitely one of the things that makes Molly smile! 😋

🐔 FUN FACT: Molly has 5 pet chickens! Dora, Lightening McQueen, Valentina, D.O.G and Donut Hole.

Well… this is a little awkward. 😂

It’s my birthday, and since I’m the one who runs the Monroe Smiles social media, apparently that means I get to write my own birthday post. 🎂

For those who don’t know me, I’m Heather — Marketing Director here at Monroe Smiles, Dr. J’s wife, and the one behind the posts around here. Monroe has been our home for over 26 years, and I truly love getting to use my role to connect Monroe Smiles with this community in fun and meaningful ways. 💙

But today, I think I’ll use my birthday as an excuse to log off a little early and go find some cake. 😂🎉
