The molar had to go, but Dr. Metzger wasn’t giving up on the premolar! After a bone graft and one year of healing, the tooth is still going strong. 🙌

For the dental nerds 🤓: It started with Class II mobility and is now stable with 3mm probing depths! 🤩

Moral of the story: Bone loss doesn’t always mean extraction. 🪄
