So proud of my 17 year career long hygienist and assistant Lyndsay’s son Collin for heroically volunteering to help find a missing elderly woman with dementia! Collin exemplifies compassion, selflessness and considerate care like his mother does daily with our patients. Bravo! Thank you for your service and example! 👏👏👏

Wishing a Happy Father’s Day to all fathers and father figures today! I especially want to recognize my late father Dr. Mike Maitre, Sr. He ignited my passion for dentistry through his genuine care and relationships with his patients as a dentist. He would say “ Always make sure the patients understand they are the most important person in the world when they come for care.” I have strived for 17 years to honor his tradition of compassionate patient care and now with my new independent practice I’m able to continue this coupled with the latest innovative training and technology. I’m very grateful for his legacy and example. 🦷🪥✨

I’m so very grateful and blessed to celebrate 18 years of marriage today with my thoughtful, intelligent, beautiful, and loving wife Julia. From dental school, to starting my career, to raising three wonderful children, and to the beginning of my new practice, she has stood beside me with words and acts of encouragement. Here’s to many more wonderful years! 🎉

Today on Memorial Day we honor all heroes who died protecting our freedoms! Particularly I’d like to recognize my wife’s two Great-Uncles. Jack Terry, who was her maternal Grandfather’s twin, and in D Company of 101st Airborne Division-portrayed in the television series Band of Brothers- was killed when his plane was shot down. Her paternal Great-Uncle Theron Sisson was also killed in WWII when his plane was shot down in 1944. Let us never forget all who paid the ultimate price! 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸
