How long should you REALLY be brushing your teeth?
2 minutes, TWICE a day! ⏰🪥
Don’t be like them!

Make sure you’re brushing all surfaces of your teeth front, back and chewing surfaces and don’t forget your gumline! Brushing for the full two minutes helps remove plaque and keeps your smile, healthier and happier! 😁

2 minutes. 2 times a day. Everyday. 🦷✨

Did you know your toothbrush has an expiration date? 🪥⏳
If you’ve been using the same toothbrush for more than 3 to 4 months—or if the bristles are starting to fray—it is time for a change! Worn-out bristles don’t clean your teeth as well and can actually trap bacteria.
Pro-tip: Swap out your toothbrush (or electric toothbrush head) after you’ve been sick, too!
When was the last time you changed your toothbrush? Tell us in the comments! 👇
