Meet Colleen! 👋🏼

Adding Colleen as the newest dental hygienist (RDH) to the NGD team has been in the works since we met her last year and we are truly so excited to have her officially on board as of earlier this month! Her clinical excellence and relational warmth are just two of the many reasons we knew she was the perfect addition to growing the hygiene team at New Garden.

Originally from Houston, Colleen recently moved to Orange County from Seattle with her fiancé, Ben, and their two dachshunds, Barney and Lola. On weekends, she loves exploring California with her little crew, hitting scenic trails, trying out new restaurants, and soaking up everything the area has to offer. She also enjoys golfing and cozy days at home with her dogs.

As a dental hygienist, Colleen brings empathy, kindness, and genuine care to every appointment. She takes the time to make patients feel comfortable, understood, and confident in their care. Always learning and staying up to date with the latest techniques, Colleen is committed to providing the best possible care. She takes pride in providing the most comfortable experience possible for her patients.

Some fun facts about Colleen:
🚐 She loves to plan road trips! Her perfect road trip involves finding an amazing view, being surrounded by nature and exploring a charming town and its restaurants.
🐶 Colleen & her husband, Ben, take their two dachshunds everywhere they go! The love taking them to local restaurants and exploring what SoCal has to offer.
⛳️ She has been a golfer since Junior High. She enjoys going to the driving range and finds it very relaxing. Her favorite club is the driver! 
🤠 A Houston native, Colleen will always have a soft spot for Texas culture, good BBQ, and saying “y’all”
🦷 Beyond the operatory, Colleen served as a Delegate for the Washington Dental Hygienists’ Association, driven by her passion for supporting the profession and improving patient care.

Finding the right hygienists is so critical to keeping New Garden special, and we truly couldn’t be happier to have found Colleen. We can’t wait for you to meet her!
